On Saturday 4th January join Tash for a nourishing Vinyasa flow practice focused on standing and balancing postures to ground and connect us to the support of the earth before coming down onto our mats for some deep meditation. Once we have connected to our body’s sense of understanding, there will be time to reflect on 2019 and set positive intentions that you wish to focus on for the year ahead. What better way to start 2020!
