Five years ago, I realised life was passing me by quickly and I was just in for the ride feeling exhausted, stressed, and anxious. I had shut out all my childhood trauma from growing up in an addiction household and I felt totally disconnected from my mind and body. I ended up not really looking after myself properly and ultimately not liking who I was. I needed a change.
