As the world turns inward and the days grow shorter, this class invites you to create your winter rest nest. Through deeply soothing restorative postures, self-massage with warm oil, and reflective journal prompts, we’ll nourish the body and spirit in preparation for the darker months ahead.
Ritual: Write 10 things you want to cultivate in 2026 — dreams, qualities, or intentions. Seal them safely to revisit later in the season.

Shake off the rush, return to presence.
Gentle flow, intuitive movement, grounding breathwork, and restorative rest.
Take a pause amidst the festive busyness to release tension and reconnect with your centre. A lighthearted, cosy practice to move energy, calm the nervous system, and make space for joy and stillness.

As the year comes to a close, we’ll revisit the 10 things you wrote to cultivate in 2026. Gently reflect and choose one to carry forward as your guiding intention for the new year. The rest you may choose to burn in ritual, release to the elements, or keep safe! Trusting the universe to tend to them in her own time. A soulful evening of rest, reflection, and quiet celebration.
