Hello my love. I'm Tash and I'm excited to welcome you for two nights of movement, deep rest and a little creativity.

Ok - let me be real with you here. When I say  take part in as much as you want and miss out whatever you want - I really mean it. No pressure at all, this weekend is designed to prioritise - YOU!

What would my weekend look like?

Friday — Arrive + unwind

Arrive at The Westwood Centre, settle into your accommodation and give yourself permission to leave the busyness of everyday life behind.

We’ll gather for dinner before easing into the weekend with a gentle restorative yoga practice.

Saturday — Rest + reconnect

Begin the day with a light breakfast followed by pranayama, Hatha yoga and meditation. We will then gather for a bigger brunch after practice.

The afternoon is yours. Read outdoors, enjoy the surroundings, take a nap or join an optional slow walk with Tash and other guests. There will be time for a little afternoon nourishment before we gather for dinner and a sleepy restorative evening practice.

Sunday — Create + close

Begin with a gentle morning practice before breakfast. We’ll then come together for a creative summer solstice wreath-making workshop — a chance to mark the season with a traditional dreid flower craft. Enjoy making something with your hands and take home a little reminder of your weekend.

After lunch, we’ll bring the retreat to a close.

This is a guide rather than a strict schedule. There will always be space to choose what feels right for you.
